Police Constable, Herman Millian out on Supreme Court bail

Police Constable, Herman Millian is out on Supreme Court bail. Millian met bail of ten thousand dollars and is scheduled to reappear at the San Ignacio Magistrate’s Court on October sixteenth, later this year. After being granted bail, Millian managed to escape the cameras with the help of his fellow police officers who snuck him out through the rear door. Justice Herbert Lord slapped the police constable with eight counts of unlawful sexual intercourse upon a thirteen-year-old girl. There was no objection to bail and Justice Lord granted bail with conditions that P.C. Milian must report to the San Ignacio Police Station twice a week; he is not to interfere with the virtual complainant; he is also to surrender his passport and cannot leave the jurisdiction without the permission of a judge of the Supreme Court. P.C. Millian was represented by attorney Hurl Hamilton.
