Fuel Prices Going Up Again
At midnight tonight, the prices of diesel and kerosene will take a significant hike. Consumers will be hit with a sixty-six cents increase per gallon in the price of diesel which will be selling at nine dollars and ninety-seven cents, hovering under the ten-dollar mark. Kerosene will increase by sixty-three cents and will now be selling at seven dollars and forty-five cents per gallon. The prices of premium and regular gas, according to the Bureau of Standards, remain the same at ten dollars and ten cents and nine dollars and fifty-one cents per gallon, respectively. Just last week, there was an increase in the price of fuel after a very short-lived decease that took the prices below the ten dollar mark.
