The Committee for Action on Public Utilities, CAPU, has today called for an extraordinary meeting of the House of Representatives Committee on Public Utilities. CAPU says it has hundreds of signatures of consumers complaining about the new B.T.L. rates. They want a public hearing at the Civic Centre in Belize City to be held so customers can voice their concerns.
