The Circumstantial Evidence Around Missing Anisha Young

Anisha Young

A press conference was held late this evening by the family of missing woman, Anisha Young and search team lead, Jose Espat. After providing a detailed run down of what has transpired since Young was reported missing on December ninth, Espat spoke about the efforts to locate the twenty-three-year-old woman, who they presume was murdered and her body buried. The information was disclosed that a black Nissan Altima car was borrowed by the boyfriend of the missing woman on the morning of December eighth. The vehicle was captured on surveillance footage at the Bel-China Gas Station and then travelling up the Philip Goldson Highway. The circumstantial evidence also led to a breakthrough in the case when human skin and hair extensions, believed to be that of Anisha, were discovered in a shallow grave in the Maskall/Boston Village area. That burial site may be linked to Young even though a body was not found. Espat believes that a party band as well as the DNA results from the hair follicles and skin discovered near the shallow grave could solve the entire case.

“The police already has this information. Everything we do and find, we give it to the police and what they do with it after is their thing. The family got a phone technician from Apple in the U.S. because Miss Anisha had an Apple Iphone and the technician managed to get into her Iphone and he changed the security questions so that no one else could access that phone. And prior to his changing those questions, there was activity and this activity was going on after the fact that Miss Anisha was missing for a couple days. While getting this information, after locking them out, they made other attempts to get into the phone and this alerted the technician via an SMS and it has a picture and the name of the person trying to get into that phone. I got a picture of Miss Anisha Young at Sit and Sip the same night with a band.  I’m not saying it is the exact same band found, but it is the exact same time and I got confirmation that it is from Sit and Sip and so the importance of this band connects everything. We need to know whose DNA is on this band; we need to know if Anisha’s DNA is on this band. We need to know if Mister Fortune’s DNA is on this band. And if there is a third profile on this band, the police must bring all the suspects that they have and that they believe are involved in Miss Anisha’s disappearance.”

The band was discovered in proximity to the shallow grave in rural Belize District.

Just damn frustrating that private citizens have to conduct their own investigations into criminal matters because our PD is so damn incapable and inept to do so.
