“Reference the traffic accident involving Mister Solomon Ramirez; unfortunately he died yesterday whilst receiving treatment at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital. I know that the driver was served with an NIP and he’s in the process of being charged today. The offenses…I have not received what will be all the charges, but that will be done sometime during the course of today.”
