Joseph Myvett

With Christmas around the corner, criminals are on the loose. At around six-forty-five on Wednesday night, robbers who were not wearing masks held up a man at a gas depot in Ranchito Village, Corozal. The two thieves got away with an assortment of personal belongings from the watchman at the property. Police share the details available at this time and say there is no surveillance footage in the area to help with the identity of the thieves.

“Corozal Police was called to the Tomza Gas distribution in Ranchito Village where upon arrival they met twenty-year-old Ricardo Neal who reported to police that sometime around six-fifteen p.m., he was approached by two Hispanic male persons, one of whom was armed and demanded money. As a result, they stole an undisclosed amount of money as well as his personal belongings. Police are investigating this matter. At this point in time we do not have any named suspects but we are following several leads.”
