A Family’s Desperate Public Appeal to Help Find Their Loved One

As with the case of Anisha Young, who is also missing, the family says it has reached out to the police department for assistance, but the response thus far has been unsatisfactory.  Neal describes his son as a cool person, despite being a bit quick-tempered.

Isani Cayetano

“As a parent, what is your worst fear, seeing as though you haven’t seen or heard from your son in these many days?

Voice of: Mark Neal, Father of Missing Person

“Well, I think this hurts anyone that, you know, don’t know where their loved one is and especially when it’s your child.  And I know that he noh give dehn kinda trouble or eena no gang or anything like that fi anybody woulda wahn hurt he, you know.  If he was a child on the street that, you know, misbehaves and acts rowdy and things like that it would have been easy for me to accept because you know, like one day you expect that if you live by that way then, you know.  But he is not that kind of child, I’ll be honest with you.  He’s a cool person.  Yes I know he has his little short temper, but apart from that, you know, the fear that you know ih wouldn’t show up or dehn hurt ahn or ih dead or something like that, ih really plague your mind, you know, and da something hard fi yoh live with everyday because then like, yoh know weh ih deh, if ih aright, if ih okay, if ih hurt, you know.  Yoh noh know nothing and da part deh really get to yoh, you know.”

Isani Cayetano

“Would you take this opportunity to make an appeal to anyone out there who knows anything or would have seen him last to come forward and share that information with the family?”

Voice of: Mark Neal

“…fliers are up, I know social media is up, so if anybody knows anything, or sees anything or hears anything, you know, I woulda plea to dehn to really help us at least help us to know weh ih deh or even if ih hurt, dead, whatever, you know.  Just that we could bring closure, so I would appeal to the public to help us or assist us in that way.”

There are currently seven missing person reports countrywide.
