Home Invasion in Guinea Grass
There was a home invasion this morning in Guinea Grass Village, Orange Walk. Three masked men broke into the house of Veronica Quetzal and stole an assortment of jewellery; the thieves also got away with an undisclosed amount of money. Quetzal was unable to recognize any of the robbers and fortunately she was not injured during the frightening ordeal. The investigation is still young, but ACP Joseph Myvett shared the details obtained so far.

“Veronica Quetzal reported that shortly after two a.m. this morning, whilst inside her home sleeping, her home was entered into by three masked male persons who ransacked her home and an assortment of jewellery and monies were stolen. Police is investigating this matter at this time and so far we do not have any suspect and she was unable to recognize any of those persons. She wasn’t injured in the process.”
