Belize City Woman Charged with Drug Trafficking

A Belize City woman is tonight facing drug-related charges. Thirty-one-year-old Felicia Samuels was busted with seven parcels of marijuana by Corozal police on Monday morning. Samuels was at the Corozal Municipal Airstrip in Ranchito Village when she was approached by police officers who searched her. Samuels had the parcels of marijuana which amounted to close to eight pounds inside a bag and her purse.  She was arrested and charged for the crime of drug trafficking.
