“On Friday, October 5th, 2018, just after ten p.m., police visited the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where they observed Mr. Thomas Ferguson, nineteen-years-old of Arlington Drive suffering from two apparent gunshot wounds, one to the stomach and one to the back. What police gathered so far is that Mr. Ferguson was at a yard on Arlington Drive talking to a friend when they were suddenly approached by someone who entered into the yard and the male person approached him, had a small discussion with him and thereafter pulled out a firearm and fired several shots at him and the other person who was along with him… He was at a neighbor’s yard.”
