ACP Joseph Myvett, Head, National Crimes Investigation Branch
“He had initially spoken to the police on Monday, but he could not ascertain what exactly was stolen. However, yesterday he said that jewelleries amounting somewhere in the vicinity of one hundred thousand dollars was stolen. We are doing an investigation into this matter. We did conduct a viewing of the surveillance footage which showed that sometime around one-thirty a.m. on Monday someone entered the store by just lifting the iron curtain sufficiently enough for them to enter the store. There is no sign of forced entry so our officers are on the ground at this time trying to establish what exactly happened in that instance.”

“So originally the complainant did not know what was stolen?”
ACP Joseph Myvett
“No he did not know because our investigators had been back and forth with him from the onset and there seem not to have been any inventory of what was stolen.”
Reporter

ACP Joseph Myvett
“It is more than twenty-four hours because yesterday he made an official report.”
