Chester Williams

Chester Williams, Deputy Commissioner (Operations)

“I must say that the first cohort we had, we had some children in it that were part of a gang that was forming in the Bocotora/Racoon Street area. And we put them into the program and there was a big change; because some of them were not even going to school, and because of the program and the involvement in the program and the mentoring that they had received, they are going to school again and they are doing well. And so we are happy to see that we, through the program, has made that change in their lives and we have made them better young persons.”
