Next Stage of Fight Will Be in the Courts

While it is reported that the GSU team was in the area to pick up a fellow officer, Tillett alleges that it was a clear act of police brutality as he claims women and children were also injured during the confrontation. Three persons, including Tillett, were taken into custody and Deputy Commissioner Chester Williams had to intervene. Tillett says that they will be pressing charges.
