“It creates unimpeded access to all South American countries as well as to many of the countries in the eastern Caribbean. The government of Belize had paved the way to facilitate this flight by granting visa waiver access to the citizens of almost all South American countries and particular to those who hold in fact visas to United States of America. It being the contemplation of our government that with visa waiver access and direct flight from South America to Belize, our tourist industry will benefit tremendously.”
