Accused Murderers Still Loose; Accident Accused to Face Charges

Joseph Myvett

It has been almost two weeks since the murders of German national Raimund Adalbert Kobler and Amit Moryani in San Pedro and Orange Walk Town, respectively.  Despite launching separate investigations into the homicides, police in both jurisdictions are still coming up empty-handed.  As far as the fatal road traffic accidents down south last Friday, investigators have been able to serve the drivers of the vehicles that reportedly caused those deaths with notices of intended prosecution.

“Adalbert Kobler Raimund and Moryani; San Pedro and Orange Walk.  Any [additional details]?”

ACP Joseph Myvett, Head, National Crimes Investigation Branch

“Orange Walk, the suspect still remains at large and so far the San Pedro investigation is continuing in regards to Kobler’s murder.”

“And the RTAs, the two RTAs in the Stann Creek District, fatal RTAs?”

ACP Joseph Myvett

“The drivers in both RTAs have been served with notices of intended prosecution and the driver in the double fatal, he is still admitted at the hospital so he was served this week with notice of intended prosecution.”

“Okay, and the soldier Enriquez, Donald Enriquez?”

ACP Joseph Myvett

“That investigation is still ongoing but he has been served with a notice of intended prosecution.”
