Transition Process Begins for Incoming Mayor and Councilors

Darrell Bradley

Bradley maintains that some matters could have been dealt with differently during the past five and a half years he sat in the mayor’s seat. But he says the City Council and sister municipalities across the country have been ensuring that they are accountable for all projects undertaken during their tenure. Bradley adds that he and his staff are in the process of ensuring a smooth transition for the incoming mayor and councilors.

Darrell Bradley, Belize City Mayor

“During the next three months, we are doing a formal handing over to new municipal governments so that we will be ensuring that all the records…we are completing all our city audits.
