David Nanes Had Belizean Help for Nationality

David Nanes Schnitzer

News Five has obtained copies of a Belizean nationality certificate granted to David Nanes Schnitzer, the former fugitive caught a few days ago in Mexico after several months on the run after he skipped Belize on bail on a minor charge. Nanes was wanted in Mexico in relation to the multi-billion dollar Allen Stanford Ponzi scheme in 2014. Our information is that Nanes had not been in Belize for the five years necessary to obtain nationality, and subsequently, a passport. More interestingly, the signature on Nanes’ application for nationality is that of a Justice of the Peace and brother to Minister of Tourism Manuel Heredia, Junior. Now the documents do not impute any guilt to the Minister, and our source says the J.P. denies that the Minister introduced him to Nanes. But the J.P., who signed the passport application claims to have known Nanes for five years as of 2012. Nanes’ passport was picked up by Immigration clerk Ady Pacheco, who missed her turn to appear before the Senate Special Select Committee two weeks ago due to her pregnancy and has been implicated in other matters relating to Immigration in the Auditor’s General Special Audit Report on Immigration and Nationality.

  1. Clue says:

OH YES, Ady Pacheco is one who also hasn’t travelled since Penner Gate. I will continue to publish their names, Castro, Saldivar and his sister, Meighan, Wade, John Salivar’s runners, Dougie Fresh and I’m trying to remember the name of the other guy who was always with him. Castro, you’re the one who might feel the most. You know exactly why you haven’t travelled. You broke US laws. Green Card revoked and you know it’s coming on your first attempt. Dean, even you might feel the pinch when you lose that diplomatic immunity.
