How Well Did ACP Broaster Know Danny Mason?

As we said earlier, it is known that William Mason was also highly connected with senior members of the police department. Today, ACP Edward Broaster also acknowledged that he met the accused murderer once, back in 2014. But Broaster claims he was never at the house on Intelco Hill nor at the farm, Outback Ranch, which is located within his jurisdiction.

“William Mason, I met in 2014 after I listened to a report from a complainant and he was given two days to abandon the individual property. I am not going to call names of the complainant, but obviously he was trying to swindle the complainant out of her property.”

“Sir has the police department, through you, have you guys ever approached Mason for funding or sponsorship of any of your events?”

ACP Edward Broaster

“None at all. I know of Williams Mason from 2014. I saw the post from the Canadians where he swindled them and I never had any interest or relationship with William Mason.”

Sir as a senior officer, at that time when you found out that information, did you share that with the Minister of National Security or with your ComPol or anybody higher up?”

ACP Edward Broaster

“I did not share it with the Minister of National Security; however, I did share it with the commissioner and several other senior officers not to accept or associate themselves with that individual based on the information that I had at the time and to my knowledge all of the individuals that I had advised did not associate themselves with William Mason.”

“So you have not been to his Intelco Hill home?”

“No I have not.”

“Nor his farm?”

“No I have not.”

“I have never been there. I think it is about three weeks prior to the incident of the pastor, I was sent an invitation to meet with Mister Mason, but having knowledge of what I knew from 2014, I declined.”

“Through another police.”
