US Ambassador Carlos Moreno Says There Will Be Justice

The shooting stirred comments and condemnation from many quarters. In Belize, an employee of Buttonwood Bay Medical Center, Raynard Humphreys, commented on Facebook, “I know people will hate me for this but I believe the killing of fifty last night in Florida is justified.” He continued, “I’m proud a moral psychopath (if that exists) took the first stand to act out against the REAL evil that’s plaguing our society now in 2016.” The medical center has since released the pharmacist from his job.  Today, Ambassador Carlos Moreno took the opportunity to issue a very brief statement on the senseless violence in Orlando, Florida, claiming that justice will be done.

“Let me just first express deep condolences on behalf of the American people for all of those victims. I think justice in the end will be done and I would simply refer you to statement of president Obama which we just posted on our Embassy website. Also the President has ordered that all flags in all government agencies be flown at half-mast.”

Contrary to what was given on the news, Mr. Humphreys has been bragging that he was not terminated but only suspended for his duties. Sad
