A Weekend Favorite on Episode 2 of Great Belize Cooking

Great Belize Cooking … Episode Two airs tonight at eight o’clock and you can’t afford to miss this new segment. Master chef Sean Kuylen will be featuring an all time favourite right here in the City where weekdays and on Saturdays, the aroma of the barbecue will be wafting through the streets. But before you strike up the grill, there is the process of making that important item: the charcoal and for that we go to the Burrell Boom community. For this unique recipe, the master chef joins Maria Villanueva in the City to prepare a home-made sauce. The third step is the grilling of a medley of lamb and conch to which Chef Kuylen will add an assortment of vegetables and ground food. It’s no ordinary barbecue, so here is a peak at what’s coming up in Great Belize Cooking.
