Lisburn Anderson Will Get Bail Hearing on Wednesday

Lisburn Anderson

Lisburn Anderson is the mechanic who Police believe delivered payment to a hit-man on behalf of American Bradley Paumen. Anderson has been charged for that crime, and was released on Supreme Court bail. But tonight he is behind bars, and has been since last Wednesday. That’s when Anderson was picked up and charged, again along with Paumen, for his role in planting a firearm in businessman Michael Modiri’s vehicle. On Thursday, Anderson’s arraignment was interrupted when Magistrate Ladonna John recused herself and Magistrate Albert Hoare refused to deal with his matter. He finally got his turn before a Magistrate today and was formally arraigned for Perverting the Course of Justice. His attorney did not make submissions on his behalf but indicated that she has secured a bail hearing for Wednesday. On that day Anderson will be reunited with Bradley Paumen, who also has a bail hearing on that day. In related news, today Jahangir Abadi, arraigned on Abetment to the Crime to Pervert the Course of Justice, was able to secure bail. Haung Chong Park, arraigned for Conspiracy to the Crime to Pervert the Course of Justice, was not so lucky, and because she had no translator available in Court, will have to stay behind bars a little longer.
