Cops in Separate Sexual Assault Cases are Granted Bail

Today, two cops at the center of allegations sexual abuse were granted Supreme Court bail by Madam Justice Antoinette Moore of the Supreme Court.  San Pedro Cop, twenty-six year Kyle Hubert Serrano, is also on interdiction until the outcome of his case.  On December thirty-first, 2015, Serrano was arraigned in the Belize City Magistrate’s Court for three counts of sexual assault upon a thirteen year old girl and one count of grievous harm.  His bail carries conditions that he must report to the police station every Friday and stay away from any prosecution witnesses.   Also granted bail was Luke Moreira, the San Ignacio police officer accused of two counts of rape of a female detainee. Moreira is also to report weekly to the police station and stay away from witnesses. Both are among a slew of persons who applied for bail.

Denfield Davis

A mechanic of Belize City, Denfield Davis, is also out on bail. He is facing charges of three counts of the sexual abuse of a fifteen year old minor which is alleged to have occurred between July twenty second, 2015 and December sixth, 2015 in Belize City. Various other persons were granted bail.  Operator of Hattieville, Richard McDonald, who is charged with possession of heroin in a bust made in late December by the BelChina Bridge in which eleven kilograms of the drug were found. Omar Velasquez charged with kept firearm without a gun license also secured bail.  On December twenty-fourth, 2015, police say they busted Velasquez with a point thirty eight revolver in San Pedro.  The other person to be granted bail by Judge Moore is Ariece Cecilia Martinez who is charged for handling stolen goods.  Martinez allegedly stole three thousand five hundred dollars from another person.

    What kind of idiot judges do we have in this country it is utterly disgusting to see the stupidity of these judges in our country. Belizeans suppose it was your child had been raped would you want one of these incompetent stupid judges to let him out on bail to do it again wow wake up unu duncy belizeans.
