K.H.M.H. Employee Slams Vehicle into Neighbor’s Fence, Charged for Traffic Offences

Harvin Arriola

On Sunday afternoon, a K.H.M.H. clerk lost his mind when he discovered that his girlfriend was not being faithful to him. Thirty-three year old Harvin Arriolla is suspected of being inebriated when he drove his Mitsubishi Galant into his neighbour’s fence, damaged the stairs of the house as well as injured a minor sitting on the steps.  After spending hours in custody at the Raccoon Street Police Station, Arriolla was today slapped with four traffic offenses for Driving Motor Vehicle without a Driver’s license, Driving Unlicensed Motor Vehicle, Driving Motor Vehicle Without Due Care and Attention and Driving Motor Vehicle not Covered by Third Party Risk Insurance .   In courtroom of Senior Magistrate, Sharon Fraser, Arriola pleaded guilty with an explanation to all four charges. He told the court that he has been dry for at least eight years but when he found out that his girlfriend was having an affair, he lost it. And while he claims he has a permit to drive, he has no license.  According to Arriola, he exploded when he took a drink.  While the Senior Magistrate, Sharon Fraser accepted his guilty plea, she expressed that his actions were unjustified.   He begged the court for leniency and under such circumstances; the Magistrate imposed four fines amounting to five hundred and sixty five dollars or six months imprisonment. But Arriolla’s troubles are not over yet since he may be charged for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Above the Prescribed Limit pending test results.  Arriola is due back in Court in May to hear what are the results of his urine test and sentencing.
