“You can look on that photograph of that house before. First thing need to be reminded, this is home repairs, this is not building a new house. This is home repairs, and I too took time off also from my time on Saturday to deliver material to this same spot to this contractor. She refuse fi di contractor put in the bathroom facilities. She says she prefer go to sea first. I don’t know—and this is my community, my constituency and at the end of the day people need to be reasonable. This is one of the situations I am so upset about because this lady was so rude to contractors, rude to everybody you see. I have to be real. Everything works in the frame line of a budget; we are not here to do everything. We are here to help you with the basic things. I mean when yoh talk bout deh boy di lay down under wah house weh di sill rotten, rotten, standing the possibility of falling down and also too her with an attitude chasing people from di place, dat dah like yoh di chase people from help you.”
