Francis Fonseca Reflects on Devastating Loss At the Polls

As we said, it’s a terrible loss for the People’s United Party which lost every single municipality but one…and even there the grand ole party barely held on. In the wake of that demoralizing defeat, today Party Leader Francis Fonseca called a press conference. But he’s not preaching doom and gloom. He says the people have spoken and the party accepts that. And just in case you may have speculated just a bit…Fonseca is certainly not entertaining resignation.

Francis Fonseca, P.U.P. Leader

“In the wake of any election defeat, and certainly this was a very decisive defeat, a very decisive victory for the People’s United Party with potentially two years to come before a general election. I think everybody has to take a look at themselves and it starts with the leader. The leader has to look at himself in the mirror, the leader has to self-examine. So I think it’s an absolutely legitimate question, but I have given no thought to resignation, and I will tell you why. Because from as early as this morning, late last night into early morning, I started getting calls from standard bearers, representatives from across the country. I think of the thirty-one representatives, I was trying to tally it in my head just before I came in…about twenty-four of them have called me since last night into this morning, to all express their confidence in me, their trust in me. They are disappointed like I am. But I would say that without exception all of them said party Leader you did everything that you could…you fought a good fight. We have to now sit back and examine the weaknesses we have in our Party, and I understand that. I too have to look at myself. What can I do better? What are my failings, and all of them expressed solidarity with me and confidence in moving forward with me. What they said, man and woman alike…is that we all have to stand together – we have to be united in this Party.”

This selfish bastard needs to resign. His name is the reason nobody will vote for them. Nobody will support a Fonseca/Musa party again . They need to get rid of both of them for good. But that’s what selfish power hogs do, they refuse to surrender the reign for the betterment of the whole.
They need to install Cordel Hyde as the new Party leader and move forward from there. That’s the only way they will bring back support. Its not that they lost to the UDP, the numbers clearly shows that the majority of the electoral voters do not support the DICTATOR and his tyrants. If I read that right only 48 percent of the electorates voted. That’s 52%, the majority did not bother to go waste their time. And even though that visualize hopelessness, I agree with them. Giving that 52% a better alternative, will be more that enough to rid the country of this pestilence that is the UDP, having them keep what they garnered in this one.

You need to start acting like man rather than Musa’s puppet. The optics of it is clear, bad, and obvious. Let Said keep Independence Hall. Move our headquarters. Get rid of Karim, Usher, and Said. Anything that looks like, smells like a Musa is toxic for us. Let’s face it, when u fail, they will have a Musa ready to replace you. You are just there to warm the chair. You are being too cagey, indecisive, and very transparent. From the number of Palestinians popping up as candidates, it’s obvious who is running things. You need to start acting like a man and leader and stop being a bland, gutless pawn.

Now this is the time, lately I posted the question if Mrs. Shackron will continue going in the city cleaning the areas like she was doing before elections. You see when a politician does these things it’s obvious they are just trying to call for attention like “hey see what I’m doing” but are willing to continue doing now so we can believe them it’s genuine what are their intentions, or it’s just the mere fact that they want our votes.
