FIU versus Titan International Securities Adjourned

The case against Titans International Services Limited came up again in the Supreme Court this coming. The Financial Intelligence Unit wants to freeze assets of various persons and companies linked to an alleged billion dollar securities tax fraud case. The case is being heard by the Chief Justice Kenneth Benjamin. Six persons from four different countries including Belizean Andrew Godfrey are being accused of avoiding U.S. federal taxes while trading securities. The others are Bahamian nationals Kelvin Leach and Rohn Knowles, Canadian, Brian de Wit and Jim Can as well as US national Robert Bandfield. The companies are IPC Corporate Services and IPC Corporate Services LLC, IPC Management Services, LLC; Titan International Securities, Inc; Unicorn International Securities LLC, and Legacy Global Markets S.A.  Bahamians Leach and Knowles have been granted bail but the US is requesting their extradition. Bandfield is also on bail, but in the US but the Canadian nationals have not been apprehended neither has Belizean Andrew Godfrey.  When the attorneys exited the courtroom this morning, all they would say was that the case has been adjourned once again for Thursday.
