The Forty-seventh Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community concluded today in Grenada. Among the topics discussed was the situation in Haiti. CARICOM leaders are optimistic that new presidential and legislative elections will take place in Haiti by the end of 2025, driven by the encouraging report presented by Edgard Leblanc Fils, head of the Transitional Presidential Council.
