Joel McD’s EX-5 Workout Program

You don’t have to miss a workout again….Fitness Trainer Joel McDougall on Wednesday officially launched the Joel McD’s workout program, EX-Five, to help you stay in shape. The fitness trainer is providing online one-hour workout sessions so those persons who may often times be traveling, always late from work or stuck at home with the kids can still exercise with Joel McD. He spoke to News Five about the daily online workouts.

“The new program for Belize City that I’ve created is called the EX5. It targets specifically towards busy professionals here in Belize City. It helps them to tackle their day, their professional life and still be able to get in their workouts. What it does is that it allows them to get in quick workouts. It helps them to work out at home if they cannot make it to a gym or if they have no idea what to do, it gives them a workout that they can do. It is just free workouts, daily to them, that they have access to online.  I was a trainer for the last year and what I realized is that a number of my clients physically can’t make it to the gym something; they just end up not doing the workouts. What the EX5 does for them is allow them to still get in the workouts at the end of the day. If they can’t make it to the gym, they can’t do it at home. If they are busy traveling, there is a workout that they can do in the confines of their hotel room and that is the basic benefit of the EX5 program. It allows them to get their workouts in regardless of how hectic their day might seem.  So there is five different approaches to fitness with the EX5, hence EX5. There is one that does only gym workouts; he does his workouts based on body groups. So from Monday to Thursday, he targets all body groups. So if you want to target love handles, there is specific day that you would have to train with him to do abdominal exercise. If you are into just full body workout routines, there is one specifically for that. If you are just a beginner, you still have access to the EX5 because there is one of the EX5 members to help you. If you have no idea between the difference of a burpee and a squat, well he’ll show you how to do that.”
