Prosecution’s main witness refuses to testify

While Dyer remained missing, Cahueque presented the infant to her ex-boyfriend. But according to defense attorney, Dickie Bradley, that is because Cahueque told him that she was allowed to (Quote) “borrow baby Ravonn.” (Unquote) That statement has gone viral on social media, but Bradley says it was known by Dyer’s family. Bradley maintains, however, that the family of Dyer deserves closure and justice for her death and the trial against Cahueque should not be tainted by Dyer’s murder.

Dickie Bradley, Attorney for Aracely Cahueque

Dickie Bradley

“We need to be very careful because this being such a sensational case back in 2010, the media has already been reporting and already convicting everybody in the matter. If it is true and Aracely has not denied borrowing the child—for the reason that she will tell the court—but if you borrow a child that doesn’t make you a murderer or an accessory to a murder; those are separate matters. You can’t say because I spoke with Raylene, me and Raylene had an understanding and she loan me the child either for some school nursing project or for whatever other reason which will come out in court, how does that make her a murderer.”

Duane Moody

“Sir but you borrow the child, allegedly pass it on as your own and then of course thereafter the mother turns up dead?”

Dickie Bradley

“So how does that make her involved with it? How does a Belize City child, a young lady eighteen years of age, supposedly allegedly somewhere in Roaring Creek—if that is true, we have not heard any evidence proving she was there. We don’t know if in fact she was abducted or kidnapped somewhere else or kidnapped there or whatever. But how do you make the link between the two things.”

Duane Moody

“And of course it doesn’t explain how Miss Cahueque ended up with the child either?”

Dickie Bradley

“Yes, it explained that in fact she, the whole family knew that Aracely Cahueque had borrowed the baby. It’s no secret.”

The trial continues on Friday. Cahueque has been in prison since the murder in 2010; we note that for the past two days she has been escorted to court in handcuffs.

@Dickey, I am not only appall but it’s absurd for you to conclude that Cahueque trail should not be tainted by Dyer’s murder when she Cahueque is the trigger in this incident.Dyer’s murder wouldn’t have being possible if your client hadn’t conspired with the other three guys to murder her.Furthermore all the evidence is pointing to your client. How did the baby got to Ontario with her ex-boyfriend.What was her motive in borrowing the baby?

  3. No Justice says:

interesting the media frenzy regarding Aracely Cahueque….yet not a word about the three murders who confessed to the killing and are free….the media is certainly lopsided…is it because she is woman??

  4. John Doe says:

Lost a lot of respect for Dickie Bradley. The man has no conscience and sense of morals. That woman is disgusting as fuck.

  5. PunjavMC says:

And she also walked free this morning…I guess our conviction rate is now 0%. Leaves one with a bitter taste just to see how criminals walk free.

Tune it to news tonight. Really sad day.
