Trial of Aracely Cahueque continues in the Belmopan Magistrate Court

Aracely Cahueque

Aracely Cahueque is currently charged with three counts of abetment to murder in the grisly 2010 killing of young Raylene Dyer. Authorities believe that Cahueque enlisted the aid of three Roaring Creek men to do away with Dyer because she wanted Dyer’s newborn daughter for her own. Those three men walked free on Wednesday after Supreme Court Justice Denis Hanomansingh determined that Police did not follow procedure in obtaining confession statements. Cahueque now stands alone for the disturbing murder; a decision in a voir dire being held in Belmopan will be heard on Tuesday. Today Cahueque’s Attorney, Dickie Bradley, spoke briefly to the media following submissions to Justice Hanomansingh.

“The accused person is put in the hands of the jury and the jury is returning to the court this week, tomorrow; and so the question will be whether a decision has been reached in the voir dire or there is a need for more time to go over the submissions. If the submissions of one side is accepted then the jury will be asked to do certain things. If the submissions of the other side is accepted, then the jury will be asked to do a different thing. And so hopefully, if god is willing, tomorrow we will know whether the voir dire continues in the sense of a decision has not been reached or a decision has been reached. In, I don’t even know I can tell you this, in the decision of the voir dire, the crown has presented four witnesses and their duty is to satisfy a court that in recorded statements or in any kind of oral admission that it was obtained in according with the law.”

The court reconvenes at nine-thirty on Tuesday.

And so hopefully, if god is willing, tomorrow Raylene Dyer raises from the dead, then happily raises her child. When these people got nothing, they use the “god-punt” to prove their point.

At least this women and her male chaperones are not weed smoking sodomites worshiping homosexuals. She needs to be let free so she can breed and go to church.

Meantime, she needs to raise some money so she can afford a Mello murder permit and skip on the trial and prison.

SHE LOOKS BEAUTIFUL BUT DEADLY, why do our sister have to go too such extreme? mein she’s young and beautiful but looks she never thought about her actions

  3. No Justice says:

If this case also gets thrown out…like the other 3 idiots…blame the POLICE!! Their lack of following simply procedures is costing our justice system to fail!!! These Rogue police feel entitled to carry out their own justice by foregoing the necessary procedures, including beating up these people…in so doing it gives a free out of jail card to these MURDERS!!!
