More visa approvals surface

The whistleblower, Alverine Burgess, has given graphic information on the visa hustle involving the minister of state, Edmund “Clear the Land” Castro. She spoke of the process and told the nation of how at a three hour session, the U.S. Embassy produced a recording of her conversation with the minister of state. And tonight, we have another development to report.  On September sixteenth, 2013, a letter of approval was issued for three single entry visas. It was addressed to the Consulate of Belize, in China. The reference number is one-one-one-one slash two (B) slash thirteen-twenty-three volume twenty-four. The three Chinese nationals who were approved for  visas are Huang Xing Xin, Passport Number (E)-zero-four-six-six-seven-three, Wang Zhong, passport number (E)-two-four-zero-eight-three-eight-eight-zero and Lin Zhao Jian, passport number (E) two-two-nine-seven-six-eight-zero-five. The name of the Acting Director appeared at the bottom of the correspondence.   Now, a couple things to note…there is no consulate of Belize in China; Chinese nationals are required to apply through the British Consulate.  In respect of the reference number, two(B), (B) is the designation used for nationals from Bangladesh, the Chinese are classified as (A)-one. The Volume number is way too high since the current number is under sixteen and not twenty-four. There is a digit missing from the passport number of Huang Xing Xin. But there is more, while the name of the Director is appended to the letter of approval, the signature bears striking similarity to that of a former director.   We also note that the letter of approval was faxed from a number in Spanish Lookout; eight-two-three-zero-three-seven-three. Here is the interesting twist. When the Chinese passports were presented at the Immigration Department for the visas, it raised red flags. The approvals were suspect since the information did not follow the sequence of the official visas and there is reason to believe that the documents are fraudulent.   But who is issuing these documents? In this case, we found out that it is henchmen of one of the ministers from the west who received twenty-seven thousand dollars for the three visas in question.  We have followed the paper trail and we know who is involved.

It’s only a matter of time before another minister is named. Then what will Dean Barrow have to say? What will his Union apologists have to say? If this was a PUP government, they would be on the streets burning down the country! Oh, you hypocrites, you are an embarrassment to yourselves. In no true democracy would this government still be in power. Shame on us.

Audrey Matura Shephard seems to have a Good head on her shoulders.
I haven’t heard from her in a whie.
I’m sure she could be one to rely on for some answers to the many problems plaguing Belize.

Who at the corruption factory has clean hands?

How many know what is going on, but do nothing to stop it?

The same super patriots who say they will defend the country.

But when the real battle occurs in front of them, they are comfortably home planning for their future, to scared to do the best for their country.

  5. Concern says:

This henchmen of one of the ministers from the west, must have a truly working knowledge of how these things are done, to almost get it right. Twenty seven thousand dollars is a lot of cash for 3 visa.

  8. Al Rich says:

Wow even in the exposure of the immigration scandal the sale of these important documents are still up for sale. Is any asking why it is that these orientals are not going through the proper channels to secure visas and passports. My assumption is that everyone is trying to cash in before the hammer comes down. I believe the US is about to make some kind of sanctions against the government of this country.
I don’t know if the world court can bring charges against Belize for aiding in possible human trafficking , or for illegal activities that posses a threat to the national security to the world actually. Someone needs to do something, unless the penalty is severe this will not stop.

  9. Aqua says:

    Where is the Supreme Court?

  10. Joe Blank says:
