Association of evangelical churches will soon have their input to the controversial gender policy

Eugene Crawford

While the gender policy wasn’t at on the agenda for that meeting, it certainly hasn’t gone quietly into that goodnight. That fiery ball has been lobbed by government onto the court of the churches for their input and suggested revisions, and now it’s just a matter of waiting for a response. President of the Association of Evangelical Churches Eugene Crawford told News Five that government will get that submission as early as this week.

Eugene Crawford, President, Association of Evangelical Churches

“Since our last meeting really what’s happening right now is that we’re just in the final stages of putting together a response that both the Council of churches and the Belize Association of Churches will be discussing to present to the Prime Minister. We’re in that final stage right now where that is being done. After that we hope that we will have a favorable response from the PM.”

“Sir, do you have any timeline on that? I know the Prime Minister says he has been waiting and will continue to wait until you guys get to that final position.”

Eugene Crawford

“Well as I said we are in the final stages. Probably we’ll be meeting next week. I really can’t speak definitively as to the timeline, but it’s just around the corner and it will be known by everybody.”

“And will this meeting include full participation of the Council of Churches and the evangelical churches?”

Eugene Crawford

“Yes it will…both the Council of Churches and the evangelical churches and probably even some other stakeholders.”

Prime Minister Dean Barrow has committed to looking at those submissions by the church with a view to amending the gender policy if necessary.

This is what is wrong with the church, too much division. In the Bible there were no division, There is a denominational divide. God is calling his church to unite against the enemy of God, who is Satan. The church must tear down these walls and get back to preaching the gospel and forget the man made religious garbage.

What you need to do is join together at least once each month and hold prayer vigils, and pray prophetically over the country and let the Holy Spirit change the evil atmosphere of the country. Put God back on first base.

Over 64% of new HIV infections each year in the U.S.A. are attributed to homosexuals. Over 60% of primary and secondary syphillis and gonhorrea cases are also attributed to homosexuals. Got it people?
