  1. Johnny Cash says:

He is setting the bar high. He has is the best Mayor Belize has ever had.

I was in Belize City a few days ago and its impressive they way he is transforming the streets in such a short time. Kudos to him.

  2. nonsense says:

the best mayor in the history of that not so stinky city anymore. thanks mayor bradley.

  3. P. M. says:

I am perceiving more than a tad bit of a whiff of corruption. all of a sudden every connected UDP turn cement street contractor,

  4. Slow Coach says:

Yes, a very good job, but could do with a little thought and planning, maybe a consultation with the public first. Great when the streets are done, just wish he would arrange it so you do not have to take a diversion and then find yourself blocked by another street being dug up. Some works seem to be taking far too long, i.e. North Front Street; Cooney Drive/Princess Margaret Drive, concentrate on getting a job finished before starting the next one. Any chance of seeing the “Master Plan” he keeps on and on about? When is the bridge from Chetumal Boulevard across the Haulover to the Fabers Road junction going to be put up?

  5. belizeanheat says:

The Americans have been this doing it for years. You tell everyone the street costs $10 to pave, meanwhile it only costs $8, SO you give the contract to one of your UDP cronies who kicks the extra $2 back to you. Then you log that you used 200 yards of concrete on the street when you really only used 100 and pocket the difference.

One must ask themselves, why is Bradley so eager to pave the streets when the City is broke and can’t even pay the Garbageman.

  6. Big up says:

The mayor is doing a great job… Its a hassle to get around but development brings inconvenience and its all better when u drive on the cemented streets
