Tonight, Antonio Velardo, a wealthy Italian visitor is being questioned by San Pedro Police. Velardo was fined on Thursday for not declaring twenty point five thousand U.S. dollars found in his yacht, the Aventura. But Velardo was freed only briefly because he is back in police custody and is being questioned for another matter. The report is that he may be an international fugitive wanted by Interpol. The plot thickens.

I hope international law enforcement gets involved quickly, before the suspected fugitive can buy his way out of the noose.

Let’s all see how this plays out, and remember at election time.

This guy is gone as of today, most likely paid to get off.yet no one questions it.
Why do these guys seem to always join the already bad Torres clan.whom have been know to do the same in 2006 and also paid there way out.now they seem to have lots of friends that cover for them in official offices . From the head of Btb to Ministers…this party is so corrupt .
It covers up all the nasty mess and lines there own pockets. While children have poor schooling, no proper hospitals, crime is rampant, yet the people CLOSE their eyes …..
