country can’t afford, or does not want white stripes down the middle of the road.
Maybe the corruption officers stole the paint.

  2. pity me says:

The time has come for our highways to be properly marked!! The people of Bze have endured countless traffic mishaps which have resulted in gruesome fatalities and its only fitting that the people of Bze at this juncture have safe highways to drive on! Naming of highways is not good enough!!

  3. James says:

How about time for people to drive more carefully?

  4. Storm says:

A government legitimately only has a handful of things it should do: secure the nation, educate the children, maybe provide emergency medical care, create and maintain major public infrastructure, like highways, and do it all honestly without bribes, graft, and corruption.

Let’s give GOB a report card on these things:

SECURE THE NATION: one of the highest murder rates in the world, 3% conviction rate, wide open borders, cartels and gangs well-established, and terror cells settled here with our passports.
WHAT GRADE DO YOU GIVE? ____

EDUCATE THE CHILDREN: I think depends on the school and the teacher, but some are permitted to sleep on the job and have students kill monkeys for them, some cannot pass the basic teacher’s exam. WHAT GRADE DO YOU GIVE? ____

EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE: I’d say too many babies and other patients die, far below world standards. What have your own experiences been with our medical system? What is happening with the Northern Regional Slaughterhouse? WHAT GRADE WOULD YOU GIVE? ____

CREATE AND MAINTAIN INFRASTRUCTURE: Aside from a flurry of cement on streets in the City [some of which are cracking and crumbling in weeks], many of the major roads in north and south are impassable after rain, and major highways, as noted in other comments, are basically unmarked, and you take your life in your hands when you drive on them. WHAT GRADE WOULD YOU GIVE? ____

HONESTY AND OPENNESS IN GOVERNMENT: The Auditor General says the national treasury books are incomplete and fraudulent, government ministers involved in passport and visa sales, government ministers involved in rosewood theft, and so much more. Make your own list of the 10 worst corruption scandals in the last 5 years! WHAT GRADE WOULD YOU GIVE? ____

    Now what’s your verdict?

  5. Genotu Rembiuos says:

TO INVENT A CHANGE OF NAME FOR A HIGHWAY IN NO WAY IMPROVES THE DRIVING SAFETY ON THE SAID ROADS.
EVEN TO INVENT A STORY LIKE “LA CHUPA CABRA ”
    DOES NOT IMPROVE THE ROADS.
SORRY FOR THOSE VICTIMS, BUT THIS CORRUPT GOV IS TO BLAME !!!
HOW MUCH IMPROVED ROADS WE WOULD HAVE IF THE MONEY GIVEN TO GANGS WAS USED TO FIX UP ROADS ????????????
