Sinquest Martinez

“There was a fatal traffic accident that occurred Sunday night at around just before ten p.m. Three officers attached to the Gang Suppression Unit were heading towards Belize City and upon reaching between mile thirty-three and thirty-four, the driver lost control and overturned. Two of them were injured and one was fatal. The fatal was Bani Shol and the two others received minor injuries. Until the result of the post mortem, then that will be provided. But at this present moment, I cannot assume or speculate pertaining to any alcohol with the officers.”

Ack and Ferguson were treated and released from the Western Regional Hospital.

I hope no alcohol was involved. GSU members are proving to be the best and most dedicated of our police, and I for one am very thankful that they take on the toughest jobs fearlessly.

RIP to the fallen officer, and condolences to his loved ones.

    Condolence.
Roads are slippery, curves are too sharp, I encourage all drivers to use more caution.

    George Price Highway?
I think they meant The Western Highway.
How it sounds now : I was traveling from George Price Avenue towards George Price Highway?
Or this: I was traveling from George Price Avenue towards The Western Highway? see one of my points?
Better was a story of the “CHUPA CABRA” than that bull in trying to divert Belizean attention away from the facts that this GOV has us under stress and sufferings !!!
NOT A ROAD NAME CHANGE !!!!
IT WAS BETTER TO IMPROVE THE ROADS FOR BETTER DRIVING, LESS ACCIDENTS !!!
    NAME CHANGE DON`T HELP.
