“With any examination it’s about preparation. You have to be very focused on your work and your work ethics. Work ethics as I said, listening to your lectures and just put in the basic hours of preparation and all should be well.”

“I think they instilled from a very young age that you know studying and academics are one of the more important things in life and I think that just took that on from early in  life and they just instilled in me a very good work ethic in me always encouraging me to do well in school always encouraging me to do my homework as I come home from school and that just stuck and is something that I grew up with and indeed I can say that they have played an important role in all of my achievements so far.”

“Your fellow SJCJC students also did well. What does that make you feel about your institution?”

“It makes me feel good it means that SJC has been instrumental in all our performance. I mean our lecturers there: the physics and math department, Mrs. Peters, Mr. Juarez and Ms Briceño they really prepared us well for these examinations. Along with all my other lectures at SJC; I feel that they have a very good program going on there. And even that is showing my preparation for further studies in the universities; the preparation I received at SJC has really allowed me to excel in whatever I come to be.”

Jose Sanchez

“What are you taking at St. Louis University?”

Via Phone: Dorien Villafranco

“I am currently majoring in aerospace engineering. Hopefully to pursue further studies in the graduate field and I should be completed with my Bachelors degree in about three years.”

Villafranco says he hopes he can return for the ceremony on November twenty-second.
