Should disciplinary actions be taken against the police?

Decriminalizing the possession of up to ten grams of marijuana; that proposal by the Ministry of National Security is being hotly debated in all quarters. We got our viewers involved in the discussion with the question: Do you support decriminalizing marijuana?     As i understand it from listening to the other news station –
    Disciplinary action is being taken against the offers not for speaking out but because
    they were warned numerous times that the Police Act does not give them the right to
    go to the media!
    If they warn you and show you proof that you can not do what you are doing
    and you chooose to continue then the only person to blame is yourself!

    I say these guys are doing the right thing when you have corrupt leaders why should you follow them off the cliff.     Of course not. Imagine the police that cant move with his family. The wife and kids stay and he goes to hells knows where. What you think will happen to that family? What happen to kids without the father? Do we need more criminals? Do we need more drug problems? Do we need more single mothers? We need to give the police good pay and medals for the ones that deserve them.
