“We had a report that sometime between first and third of January made by the owner of Gaylord’s that his warehouse located on King Street was burglarized and a number of items were stolen. Police conducted a search at residence in Ladyville yesterday evening, the fourth January, around four-thirty p.m. where they recovered most of the items. We have three persons detained including female where we are expecting to level charges against them. This was through effort of burglary unit formed last year and the intervention by officers through intelligence gathering and investigative skills have led to the recovery of these items and we hope to recover more items. As you know like in the past, from other reported burglaries.”

The Police Department has detained two women and three men: Stacey Slusher, Vanessa Dennison, Jeffrey McDougal, Denroy Moss and Steven Gentle.  The Police Department is also looking for Julius Dennison, Tyrone Thomas and Rafael Reyes who they say can assist them with the burglary investigation.
