Another suspect nabbed for Reimer’s murder

The owner of Eagle One Hardware at mile four on the Northern Highway was murdered during a brutal robbery on October seventh. Thirty-five year old Wendell Reimer was gunned down after three assailants robbed the business. Reimer lay dead outside his store while the robbers ran onto the highway with the money from the cash pan and even tried to get away in a waiting boat.  Twenty-four year old Nicholas Swazo was the first to be charged for robbery and murder. The Police say that they have caught another suspect.

Sgt. Fitzroy Yearwood, Police Press Officer

“We have detained another suspect in the Reimer murder that took place at the Eagle One Hardware about two weeks ago. We have someone in custody, another suspect, and we hope to levy charges against him soon.”

Jose Sanchez

Fitzroy Yearwood

“How many individuals were involved in the robbery and shooting of Mister Reimer/Eagle Hardware on the northern highway?”

Sgt. Fitzroy Yearwood

“Well investigators believe that it was three persons and we have arrested and charged one persons so far. The second person is now in police custody. Our investigators work around the clock to bring closure to the families of these victims and we want people to know that we never let up when it comes to any crime whether it be theft, murder, even a road traffic accident. Our investigators work around the clock on these and participation and contribution from the public would make this easier for us. If you know the whereabouts of suspects in certain crimes call us, call 911. If you don’t want to call 911, you can call the Miami based hotline so we can rid the streets of these criminals.”

Mr. Fitzroy, I wished that you meant the last line you said, “rid the streets of these criminals”. Good try, but the Justice system is not there to back you up.

  4. From the West says:

Thanks to the police for their work, they usually get the criminals. If only the governement would step up to the plate and find a way for the courts to convict and hang these terrorist. Sitting down with them and appeasing them is foolishness beyond words.
