Accused of murder of woman, now defendant gets day in Court

Edward Buller, the alleged killer of Ella May Pinnance Bennette, was in court on Monday for his murder trial. The crown’s allegations are that on the night of June twentieth, 2009, Edward Buller killed Ella Bennette at a house on Central American Boulevard. The two were living together at the time when Bennette’s body was discovered on a verandah behind the house. Today, Prosecutor Shamilla Williams called three witnesses to testify against Buller.  They included, Scenes of Crime Technician, Jason Reneau, Dorla Gordon a resident of Central American Boulevard and Kenneth Parks, a friend of the accused. The case of Edward Buller is scheduled to continue at nine a.m. on Wednesday before Justice Adolph Lucas in the Supreme Court. Prosecutor Williams is being assisted by Triennia Young while Buller is being represented by Legal Aid Attorney, Phillip Palacio.

    And…..if we can’t HING HIM…Send him to the S.R.C……….Prison Farm for life.

    There he CAN ERAN HIS KEEP and CONTRIBUTE TO SOCIETY at NO COST TO TAX-PAYERS.
    He can GROW FOOD for SCHOOL LUNCHES, BUILD desks and chairs for schools and gov. offices…etc.

    I know him and he didn’t do it. He wasn’t an angel but he would never hurt anyone. The police knocked out three of his teeth the night he was forced to confess. That’s why there was a trail in a trail for police brutality, which of course was never investigated. He’s guilty of being too poor to afford proper representation.
