Exhibit at the Bliss focuses on watercolors

There is an exhibit opening at this time at the Institute of Creative Arts.  The artist, Carmen Margarita Neda, is a Honduran National and most of her pieces are done in watercolor. The brushes have transformed paper into images of peace and summer joy.  The pieces are vibrant, with detail given to the features of faces, particularly the eyes, and subtle tones are added which lend to facial expression. The subjects of the artist include nature but they are mostly cultural and showcase people you would see on any given day in Honduras or even in Belize. We have compiled a preview of the selections for your viewing pleasure.

The exhibit is free to the public; some of the pieces are for sale and many are from private collections.
