Nolle Prosequi redefined on street as: witness fails to testify at murder trial

Marvin Bradley

At least three attempted murder cases fell apart last week when witnesses refused to cooperate and today an accused murderer was set free under similar circumstances. The office of the Director of Public Prosecutions entered a Nolle Prosequi in the case against twenty-three year old Marvin Bradley because the witnesses refused to come forward with testimony. The charge of murder can be reinstated against the accused if any of the witnesses have a change of heart to testify. Bradley was charged in connection with the April, 2008 murder of Christino Madrill, who was gunned down on Castle Street. Madrill was sitting on the trunk of his car when his killer approached on bicycle and fired three shots at him. The bullets found their mark on Madrill’s jaw, rib cage and back. He was rushed to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Bradley was in prison since June tenth, 2008 and was represented by Attorney Kareem Musa. The case was heard before Justice Adolph Lucas.

Would someone please kill him and help rid our streets of useless people like him. I cannot understand why the names of witnesses are revealed. If he had killed Lois Young or the Pm’s son or the Pm”s daughter, would he have otten off? I hardly think so !
