Robbers go for the jugular

A robbery that occurred this afternoon could have turned fatal for the victim.  It took place cross from the Belize City Center on Jude Street after three-thirty and when we got behind the gates of the Belize Recycling Company, officers were combing the scene for clues. Apparently only one person, thirty two year old Myra Gilharry, was inside the compound when two assailants entered the scrap metal business with intention to commit the robbery. One of the men tried to cut the Gilharry’s throat, but she was lucky that the knife did not cut any major arteries. She asked to speak to relatives before being whisked away by ambulance to the hospital for treatment for her injury. While she was injured, it appears that the men did not get any loot.

Where there is no vision by the leaders, the youths in the society will perish. It’s like having the blind lead the blind. The government that fail to plan, is planning to fail. It time for our leaders to wake up from their sleep and step up to the plate.

the GOB is not behind any of these young men telling them..go pull the trigger. Everything is about choice and obviously a society with loose morals and no capacity to do the right thing will influence the young to not care about themselves or others. Stop blaming the government and start blaming yourselves. A bad parent and society in most cases yields bad children. The GOB can’t live in everybody’s home and teach every irresponsible parent how to teach their child good from bad. Half the time belizeans are more worried about the next party and big show….than creating educational and respectful venues for their kids to propsper.

you can’t blame GOB or poverty or anyone or anything for these pieces of $#!% acting like this. There is no and i mean NO justifiable reason that these !@#$%^&* clowns to cut this helpless lady’s throat. Shoot them all down, every last one of them, I would pay high taxes if the Government propose that they are sending a goddamn death squad to kill all them little @$$holes they KNOW are doing all this $#!%. Quit blaming GOB, starting blaming ourselves (society) for tolerating these little $#!%holes that are so-call human beings.
