Pinta arraigned for attempted murder of Anthony “King” Major

Chadrick Tingling

Thirty year old Chadrick Tingling, also known as Pinta, was today arraigned in the Belize City Magistrate’s Court for the Attempted Murder of thirty-six year old Anthony Major.  Major was shot on Friday night while at the corner of Card’s Alley and Fredrick Street not too far from his home.  One of the bullets penetrated his shoulder and spine and left him paralyzed. When News Five spoke to him from his hospital bed, Major referred to the bible for comfort on his current state. When Tingling appeared before Senior Magistrate Sharon Frazer he was read three charges: Attempted Murder, Dangerous Harm and Use of Deadly Means of Harm.  He was denied bail and was remanded to the Hattieville Prison in Hattieville until January fourth.  In 2009 Tingling and Randy Green were jointly charged with robbing Teddy’s Music on King Street and on May twenty-eighth of this year, he was busted with two point six grams of crack cocaine.  In court he pleaded guilty to possession simplicita and was fined fifteen hundred dollars.

Did someone step on his nuts or did one of the arresting officers pass gas. He has no reason to be angry, he is not the one who is paralyzed. If at 31 he still has no direction & cannot be a contributing member of society, we need to stop wasting ours & the court’s time. Let him spend May 12th 2011 with the nut that was in the news last week & make sure he gets his share of the cool aid & take him out of his misery.

The system cannot put all of these animals in jail; prison cost too much to maintain. The animals keep doing what they are doing because the law is too kind to criminals and murders and rapists there in Belize. Building new prisons cost money, which would require more tax, piss people off.
The Justice system is so messed up there; one cannot help but to wonder if the magistrates are indeed responsibly for introducing crack cocaine to Belize, because Belize needs heroes.
The animals goes out and commit their crimes immediately after they calculated their court cost, jail time, and punishment, and who is to partially blame for this huge problem affecting everyone in Belize.
It’s time to bend the law; “An eye for an eye”.

SEND HIM TO THE PRISON FARM……… There he can EARN HIS KEEP and PROVIDE FOR SOCIETY.

BUILD A PRISON FARM IN TOLEDO….Kolbe is too close to Belize City.

Hey Charlie Mack the jury can’t say guilty if the evidence is not there. The police is where the problem lies they seem to be directly related to crimes in Belize. Worse yet they do not get fool proof evidence and they contaminate crime scenes and they do not have the necessary training or equipment to do a better job even if they could. This is where we need to effect change.

  5. Earl Grey says:

    CEO……..you are SO RIGHT.

BELIZE…………..Being the 59TH STATE of THE UNITED STATES……. We should ask the FBI for help with our FORENSIC INVESTIGATIONS.

They can send the DEA and CIA for their own purposes…..

    WHAT ABOUT OUR INTERESTS??????????????????

IF WE DON’T ASK THEY WONT HELP.

We need the FBI’s help to get a handle on this UNCONTROLLED CRIME SITUATION.

This jack@$$ has a history of criminal behavior and now he has worked his way up to attempted murder. I hope this shows as a lesson to potential jurors out there. If you let these people off without letting them do hard time, they turn around and esculate in the crimes against innocents and the next victim could be you or someone you know or care about.

Instead of the FBI why not scotland yard? they are familar with our laws, after all it is model off the british system. Having america in our country is just for their gain, they cause havoc in other countries then pull out and leave them in more mess, like Panama, Nicaragua, Iraq etc.
