U.S. National Charged for the Traffic Fatality of a Father and Son in Spanish Lookout

Gregory Mosser has been charged in connection with the double traffic fatality earlier this week in Spanish Lookout. Manuel Ramos was travelling with his twenty-six-year-old son, Jaime Ramos Garcia, on a motorcycle when they collided into a pickup truck driven by Mosser, a forty-one-year-old American national. While providing official details on what transpired, Assistant Commissioner of Police Joseph Myvett told the media that Mosser was charged for two counts of manslaughter by negligence.

“Police was called to an area on Centre Road, Spanish Lookout where upon arrival, they observed a black motorbike with extensive damage and a black pickup at the time being driven by Greg Mosser, forty-one years manager. There were two persons on the ground, who appeared to be motionless and were later learnt to be Jaime Ramos Garcia, twenty-five years and Manuel Ramos, fifty-three years both of a Duck Run address. Initial police investigation reveal that both persons were travelling from north to south on the motorbike when Mosser exited a compound onto the main road which cause the accident. Both persons were pronounced dead on the scene. Mister Mosser was detained and later charged with two counts of manslaughter by negligence, two counts of causing death by careless conduct, drove motor vehicle without due care and attention and fail to give way on a major road.”
