Trick or Treat, Money or Cell Phones

While many were out trick or treating on Halloween night, a group of men decided to use their masks for more than just a scare.  They entered El Paso Junior Fast Food in the Farmer’s Market area and robbed two women of their cell phones.  According to the owner of the establishment, the men entered the shop around eight o’clock, brandishing firearms and forcing them to lie on the ground while they were relieved of a pair of cell phones.

“Last night, on the thirty-first of October around eight p.m., police were again called to El Paso Fast Food.  This would be in the Farmer’s Market area and upon arrival they spoke to the owner who communicated that about 7:50 that night, four masked individuals entered the establishment, two of whom pulled what appeared to be a firearm.  They ordered them to the ground and they relieved them of two cellular phones, both valuing about five hundred dollars in total.  They made good their escape.  Police are out as we speak following up in that investigation.”
