American Woman Remains Missing; Family Fears the Worst

Fear is settling in as it is almost a week since sixty-seven-year-old Sherris Stringham has been seen in Hopkins Village.  She last messaged her friends on Saturday, promising to meet up for a scheduled social on Sunday, but that was the last they heard from her.  This week, police found her vehicle without its license plate and insurance near the bypass in Orange Walk. As you heard in our newscast on Thursday night, her friend says that they are worried and are pleading for her safe return.  Locally, police have been tight-lipped on the case and wouldn’t give any details on the status of the investigation.  But in a news report aired on Thursday night on Fox Four News Kansas City, Stringham’s son, Matthew Hall, provided some details into the case. On Thursday, we reported that Stringham’s wallet was found empty, but the son goes on to say that the house was ransacked and that police are questioning as many as four persons who may know something about his mom’s disappearance. Here’s that report from Fox Four News.

As we told you on Thursday, there is a one thousand dollar reward for any information that can lead to the whereabouts for Stringham. Call 0-800-922-TIPS.
