AC. Castillo says He is the Better Option for Port Loyola

Also contesting the U.D.P. Port Loyola Convention is AC. Castillo. The former disc jockey and cyclist received his official acceptance letter earlier this month and today he stopped by to explained why he is the best candidate.

AC. Castillo, U.D.P. Candidate, Port Loyola

“I decided to throw my name in the game just for the people of Port. I look at all these guys running for Port, they do not live in Port so they do not know how we live in Port. Growing up in Port, I remember we had a lot of love in Port. I do not see anyone come and say that they do this and do that. I have seen nothing changed so far.  I still live in Port and I know what we need in Port.”

Hipolito Novelo

“And you are the man to bring it?’

AC. Castillo

“With the help of God, yes.”

Hipolito Novelo

“Now Minister Boots Martinez has expressed his support for Michael Peyrefitte. Now what do you about that because it is crucial for any convention contestant to have the support of the incumbent?”

“I fear no one but God. I do not see him as a contender. I am a first timer, yes but the people know me more than they know him.”

Hipolito Novelo

“What about Philip Willoughby and Dean Samuels? They are popular. People know them. If someone asked me who is AC Castillo, I would not know.”

AC. Castillo

“Everybody know AC Castillo from a former DJ, former cyclist of Belize. I got my popularity as well but I am stepping up my game to another level.”

Hipolito Novelo

“What about finances? You know a political run is very expensive.”

AC. Castillo

“That will not be a problem.” The U.D.P. will be holding its constituency conventions between November 2018 and January 2018.”

Let’s see, what constitutes you to be a politician in Belize, especially in the UDP ? Nepotism, Corruption, Ignorance, Illiteracy, …. and the list goes on and on. We are seeing that similarity in the Trump administration. You can see how they’re all clamouring for power to keep hustling the system. Michael, “Chuch” Peyrefitte (and he knows I know him because only close members know that was his boyhood nickname, not even your high school buddies know that), Dean Samuels, and Phillip Willoughby have no connection nor idea to nor about Port Loyola. Then Dean and Willoughby, you all have the audacity to try to continue a political career after the most recent scandal involving these equipment; something I knew about years ago and involved Dean’s brother in Houston? The formation of a shell company and the creation of fake invoices where the brother, Marlon (Yogi ) Samuels, Dean, Willoughby and Deon Leslie got their share. These pieces of equipment have been sitting at Boots’ place forever and the former Mayor Bradley knew. He did nothing because he was too busy trying to save his own political behind but yet portrayed himself as being honest and squeaky clean. Two of the scandals which broke since he left office are just a tip of the iceberg. I have no respect for them, even though I know them just like Peyrefitte. His father can be calling people thieves and dogs and all kinds of names. I’ve alluded before, he better remember what happened when he was at Fisherman’s Cooperative by BTL park quiet a few years ago, when he was at National Building Society (at that time he was chummy buddy and co-worker with Peyrefitte’s uncle, G. Michael Reid), when he had nothing and was doing odd jobs where his wife was teaching and who rescued his behind. He’s gotten so big and mighty that he was being paid two salaries to be at a radio station disparaging people and at City Council doing nothing. He can call people all kinds of names but he needs to keep his business out of Belize Family Court and know that $200 per month for one child that he’s finally taken responsibility for on the salary he’s making is far from enough. Yeah Joe, I know all of you all’s dirty laundry. Be careful how you and your family, including your estranged try to belittle people. I digress.
