Dale Trujeque Out at C.W.U. after one Year
Dale Trujeque is no longer the President of the Christian Workers Union, having served less than a year. According to the CWU, Trujeque resigned in the latter part of last year. An internal memo was issued to the membership to inform them of Trujeque’s resignation on the grounds of personal matters. Vice President Basil Brannon takes up the reign as president, until the Annual General Meeting in March. General Secretary of the Union, Floyd Neal confirmed to us that Trujeque left due to personal reasons, but it appears that his departure didn’t go so smoothly. According to a leaked email dated Friday, December first, Trujeque wrote to the membership and executive board complaining that his resignation had been fast-tracked to the end of October when he had resigned effective the end of November.
